We will offer a refund or exchange within 21 days from the purchase of your order as long as you have Proof of Purchase. Proceeding the 21 days from purchase we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
Items being returned are required to be unused and in the same condition in which you received the item. Should a product be returned and deemed not in the stated condition an exchange or refund will not be offered.
Upon receipt of returned products, the items will be inspected and we will send you an email advising receipt and options available.
Refunds (if applicable)
Should you be eligible for a refund, this will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items. Funds will be refunded to your original payment method and confirmation of processing will be emailed to you.
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please double check your Bank Statement to ensure it has not been missed. If funds have not been received please confirm clearance times with your bank. Should clearance times be met, please contact our office at email@example.com and we will investigate from our end.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Should your product be defective or damaged we will endeavor to exchange the item for you. If we do not have the product in stock a refund will be issued.
If you believe a product is defective or damaged please contact our office via firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you please include pictures of the product in order for this to be approved before return postage is arranged.
Postage Details will be issued once we have been notified of the intention to return a product. Please contact our office at email@example.com to arrange returns.
When returning products you will be responsible for all postage costs. If postage is not pre-paid upon your return parcel, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Should you be eligible for an exchange Milky’s Miracles will cover the cost of return postage and postage for the new item.
We suggest arranging Tracking for any parcels you will be returning. This gives you piece of mind and is more secure for all involved.
